Description
Keeping your workers safe and protected on the job site should be a top priority. Any time construction work involves heights, having protective, compliant equipment is all the more important. This is because falls are one of the leading causes of serious injury and death on construction sites where workers perform jobs on elevated surfaces like rooftops.
The innovative design provides extra comfort throughout the neck, shoulders and back. The one-piece design eliminates shoulder pad slippage — shoulder pads stay in place and will not slide off. The padding redistributes weight, keeping the pressure off even when using a tool belt. The worker needs to be as comfortable as possible while on the job site, and the B2002-X makes it easier to keep working productively while remaining safe on the job. (Various Sizes Available)
Along with being the only accepted form of personal fall arrest protection you can use, this harness, which features a crotch strap with a buckle and tongues, meets the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards. We take pride in meeting and exceeding these guidelines to help you prevent workplace accidents.
With customization options available, the Warthog Full-Body Harness will surely be your workers’ new go-to safety equipment. Experience unbeatable protection and comfort with this cutting-edge design.
How to Achieve the Perfect Fit
Once you’ve obtained the full-body harness with quick disconnect buckles, achieving the perfect fit is just as important. Ensuring the harness fits correctly helps protect your workers and keep them safe if they do fall on the site.
To make sure the harness will work as it should, be sure to:
- Holding the D-Ring, shake the Warthog safety harness and then unfasten any straps.
- Put the harness straps over your shoulders, ensuring the D-Ring stays centered on your back.
- Put each leg through the leg straps one at a time, snuggly attaching the straps to the connector.
- Secure the waist belt if your harness has one.
- Fasten the chest strap, keeping it around 6 to 8 inches under your throat.
